The old thought is that if you're going to get ejected, you may as well get your money's worth. But one manager's performance on Wednesday was worth the price of admission for anyone in attendance to see the Chicago Dogs take on the Sioux City Explorers.

Dogs (Great name for an Independent League baseball team) manager Butch Hobson (Great name for an Independent League baseball manager) was so unhappy with a check-swing strike called on one of his players that he grabbed a bat and demonstrated a check-swing for the umpire. But the theatrics didn't stop there.
Ol Butch then took a mighty cut and pretended to launch a home run. He then made a full home run trot — emphasis on trot — and even high-fived his third-base coach and celebrated with his team after crossing home plate. Check it out:
Way to go, Butch. You are undoubtedly the most beloved manager in Chicago Dogs history.
