Watch this kangaroo dropkick an Aussie cyclist right in the chops

Today in awesome Aussie exports (Margot Robbie, SHOUTOUT), we have this video of an unsuspecting cyclist getting obliterated by a kangaroo mid-joyride because animals, like people, are sometimes assholes for no particular reason. Drink in the brutality, you bloodthirsty monsters:

Here's the part where we say “we're glad no one was seriously hurt in the making of this hilarious viral video we encourage you to click over and over again until your eyeholes are satiated.” According to The Courier-Mail, the woman in question received a few stitches to her knee and a sling for a sore shoulder from the flying roo, but had no serious injuries to report, presumably pressing an Outback sirloin to her black eye while cracking a Foster's and relaxing with a weekly viewing of Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles mere hours after her collision.
In other news, this writer has clearly never been to Australia.

The most interesting gender conversation in sports is happening in Formula 1

Peter FoxGrid girls are as much a part of Formula 1 as carbon fiber and champagne baths. Europe’s answer to the Cowboys cheerleaders, grid girls have been a fixture in the F1 pits for decades, repping sponsors, revving metaphorical engines, and adding some much-needed glitter to the grease-monkey grit. But on Wednesday, the age of the grid girl officially came to an end, when F1—in a move that absolutely screams “THIS IS 2018 AND WE ARE ALL MAKING THIS UP AS WE GO”— announced they would be eliminating their second most-famous curves for the upcoming season.
“While the practice of employing grid girls has been a staple of Formula 1 Grands Prix for decades,” Sean Bratches, Managing Director of Commercial Operations at Formula 1, said in the brand’s official statement, “we feel this custom does not resonate with our brand values and clearly is at odds with modern day societal norms. We don’t believe the practice is appropriate or relevant to Formula 1 and its fans, old and new, across the..

The definitive Super Bowl LII bingo sheet

Forget the commercials, halftime show or, you know, the actual game. The most important part of Super Bowl Sunday is gambling. An activity that takes the shape in your usual money wagers or “If the Eagles win, you have to get a tattoo of Benjamin Franklin.” Although the stakes aren't quite as high, one of the more popular ancillary games is bingo.
However, while most bingo cards feature lame, trite squares like, “Touchdown!” or “Penalty,” we decided to up the ante. To add to your gameday party experience, here is our inaugural Loop Super Bowl Bingo sheet.

Paisley sets pace at weather-interrupted Maybank event (Feb 1, 2018)

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia (AP) Chris Paisley shot a 7-under 65 to take a one-shot clubhouse lead over David Horsey after a weather-interrupted first round at the Maybank Championship on Thursday.

Play was suspended for almost two hours due to the threat of storms and 40 players will need to return on Friday morning to complete their rounds.

Paisley, who already has a European Tour title to his name this year after winning last month’s South African Open, posted seven birdies at the Saujana Golf and Country Club.

”I hit it well off the tee so I gave myself a lot of wedges and short irons into the greens,” Paisley said. ”It’s very hot and there’s not much wind so scoring-wise it is quite easy but to keep your focus is quite difficult with how tiring the heat is.”

Henrik Stenson, the 2016 British Open champion, was well down the field on 72. Haotong Li, who won the Dubai Desert Classic last Sunday, fared even worse as he slumped to a 74.

Streaker puts on lively five-minute show at Waste Management Open’s 17th hole before getting arrested

There will be booze. And there will be lots and lots of fans. We know this is always the case at the wild Waste Management Phoenix Open, but this year, the party could be extra large — and it appears to have started a bit early.
RELATED: New Arnold Palmer Spiked Half & Half debuts at Waste Management Open
On Wednesday, a male streaker ran onto TPC Scottsdale's drivable par 4, and, well, put on quite the show. Here's a clip (don't worry, it's taken from far away and the NSFW stuff is blurred out) from AZCentral.com, which also shared a few other videos taken from people in the crowd who decided to stay in the stands and keep their clothes on.
Obviously, we don't condone this type of thing, but the break dancing and the fake golf shot were particularly entertaining. We hope it was worth it, though, because the young man identified as 24-year-old Adam Stalmach by Scottsdale police was (eventually) arrested. He's facing charges of indecent exposure and disord..

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) Phil Mickelson and Jon Rahm will get the party started early Thursday in the Waste Management Phoenix Open.

The former Arizona State stars will begin play with Xander Schauffele on the 10th tee at TPC Scottsdale just before 8 a.m. They will hit the rowdy par-3 16th hours before the alcohol-fueled revelry kicks into high gear at the stadium hole. No matter the time, they’ll hear plenty of ”Forks up!” and ”Go Devils!” cries from the gallery.

”Every time I go by, every hole, every single shot, I get cheers from someone from ASU,” Rahm said. ”When you miss a shot, you remember how many people you have pulling for you. And when you’re playing good, it makes it that much more fun. It just escalates everything to a whole level of joy.”
