This European Tour caddie might be the most stylish man to ever set foot on a golf course

The European Tour is in South Africa this week for the Joburg Open. More importantly, the most stylish man to ever walk on a golf course will be there. OK, so maybe that's a slight exaggeration, but seriously, check out this caddie!

That outfit is straight fire.
According to the European Tour, Tapiwa Jingamatoro is this sartorial wizard's name. Even that dude in the background is checking out Tapiwa's threads and wondering where he can get some shorts like that. I know I am.

Jingamatoro's boss, Denmark's Jeff Winther, is currently No. 440 in the Official World Golf Ranking, but there's very little info on his bagman with a bold look. However, a quick Getty Images search shows this isn't the first time Tapiwa has showed off a flair for fashion.

Simon Cowell gets threatened with golf club by very angry neighbor

Simon Cowell is no stranger to hurling some all-time insults at people, which is probably why he was unfazed when his crazy neighbor tossed a few his way while threatening him with a golf club over the TV star's parking habits.
The wild situation, first reported on by The Sun, occurred outside Cowell's West London home this week. In the video, which you can see here, the angry man next door can be heard threatening to smash up all the cars parked in front of his home with his trusty nine iron.
FacebookPinterestHe begins his rant with some gibberish, but then provides the most cringeworthy moment for every golfer watching, by slamming his nine iron on the pavement. Anybody else losing feeling in their hands just thinking about it? OUCH.
According to the report, the neighbor has accused Cowell of attracting crime to the area by leaving his garage doors open for long periods of time and parking his luxury cars in front of homes on their street, and he's not wrong. Cowell&#0..

Ukranian soccer coach dresses as Zorro after team advance to Champions League knockouts

On November 1st, 2017, Paulo Fonseca—manager of Ukranian soccer club Shakhtar Donetsk—made a promise. “If my team reaches the Champions League playoffs,” he told reporters, presumably pausing for dramatic effect, “then at the last press conference you'll see me dressed as Zorro.” Five weeks later, following Shakhtar's 2-1 victory over a high-flying Manchester City side in the final game of the Champions League group stage, he made good on his word:

Needless to say, Fonseca went from “some guy who manages a Ukranian soccer club” to “instant global legend” in the span of about 20 seconds on Wednesday night, as he strode, black cape billowing, white teeth beaming, to the podium dressed as his childhood hero. The only things missing were the sword and the horse, and probably only because neither fit through the metal detector.
So what will do Fonseca do if his team advance ..

87-year-old golfer wins season-long club championship, is probably in better shape than you

Wales OnlineWhen I grow up — really grow up — I want to be like Graham Davies. The 87-year-old from Wales isn't just still playing golf, but he's still outplaying all the young whippersnappers (Anyone under 80 is probably a young whippersnapper to this guy) at his club. What an inspiration.
RELATED: This 93-year-old has more holes-in-one than you do
According to Wales Online, Davies “was the most consistent scorer” from March to September in the Ashburnham Golf Club's stags section. Davies will be recognized for his accomplishment — known as the “Summer League Shield” — later this month.
“When I got older I wanted to be competitive,” Davies told Wales Online. Check.
“I’ve always done lots of exercise and my main aim has been to keep fit as long as I can,” added the man who still walks when he plays.
Davies said he was motivated to stay in good shape long ago when he played with elder golfers.
“When I was younger I played with some old members and I used to think they..

Baby adorably re-enacting Rocky II training montage is the video of the year

With respect to “casually walking away from an explosion,” “finding keys to a car in visor” and “airport attendant telling man he can't park car next to gate as he races to tell woman he loves not to board the plane to Paris,” the “training montage” is the most overused trope in cinema. And for a damn good reason: this device never fails to get the audience fired up. Hell, it's the sole reason that the Rocky franchise has spanned seven movies.
And yet, while Sly Stallone's various workout sequences have improved race relations and ended the Cold War, they pale in comparison to this user video of a baby adorably re-enacting his Rocky II drill session:

Perhaps the first clip that made us go “awwww” while simultaneously reminding us it's time to hit the gym.
There's still 20-plus days on the calendar, but — with a nod to the “Professor's BBC interview interrupted by rogue children” clip — this is t..

PGA Tour signs deal to partner Chinese firm Shankai

BEIJING (AP) The PGA Tour has signed a deal to partner with Chinese firm Shankai Sports to manage the operations of its China series for 20 years from 2018.

Shankai, a Beijing-based firm, says its new venture is receiving a 300 million yuan ($45 million) investment from Yao Capital, a private equity firm co-founded by former Houston Rockets player Yao Ming, and U.S.-based IDG Capital.

After a one-year hiatus, the PGA Tour China Series will resume next year.

Article continues below …

The move comes as China has cracked down on golf in recent years, with authorities closing more than 100 courses in an effort to conserve water and land.

Greg Gilligan, PGA Tour’s Greater China managing director, says the closures were related to code violations and that China is supportive of the sport.
