Thai Tour pro proves he has “all the shots” with amazing flop out of water hazard
Bill Haas famously won the 2011 FedEx Cup—and a $10 million bonus—thanks to an incredible recovery shot out of a water hazard. And if Jazz Janewattananond ever finds himself in a similar position, he'll be ready.

The 23-year-old Thai tour pro posted video of him splashing out of a water hazard ahead of this week's Mitsui Sumitomo VISA Taiheiyo Masters on the Japan Golf Tour, and the result was ridiculous. Watch as Jazz nearly jars it, taking a full swing and displacing more water than Will Ferrell's cannonball in “Anchorman”:

And a tip of the cap to you, Mr. Janewattananond. Great shot. Great caption. Gotta have all the shots, indeed. Bill Haas would be proud. Heck, Phil Mickelson would be proud.
Of course, Jazz has a great name as well, and one golf fans probably recognize from this year's PGA Championship. He played in the penultimate group on Sunday at Bethpage Black, but fell ..
10 parts of the golf broadcast we wish we could skip
Stan Badz(Photo by Stan Badz/PGA TOUR via Getty Images)Of the many gifts of Netlfix, the skip button is one that does not receive its proper fanfare. It's like the remote control from “Click,” only real! You can't put a price on those precious 14 seconds of fast-forwarding through “The Office” intro, and though we didn't understand “Bandersnatch,” the mere notion that we have the ability to jump to conclusions is comforting. The skip button's latest iteration comes to us via Seth Meyers' “Lobby Baby” comedy special, in which users can bypass political commentary (Note: There's a catch, but we won't spoil the surprise).
Which got us thinking: If given the chance, how could we apply this to golf? For as much as we love the sport, its presentation can be, at times, stale. So with the imaginary power of the aforementioned technology, here are 10 parts of a typical golf telecast we would skip.

Sergio Garcia pulls off fun—and most importantly, safe—baby gender reveal
Before baby gender reveals started causing wildfires, plane crashes and deaths, they were fun—albeit completely unnecessary—exercises. The Atlanta Falcons gave a Gatorade bath to celebrate one of their teammates, Dustin Johnson and Paulina Gretzky went to the beach (obviously) to announcer their second boy, and ESPN anchor Peter Burns and his wife did theirs at Pebble Beach's seventh hole. That's a lot of effort to reveal the result of a coin flip, but whatever floats your boat, right?

Enter Sergio Garcia. The 2017 Masters champ and his wife, Angela, are on the tee for baby No. 2, and they decided to up their gender-reveal game from baby No. 1 with an exploding golf ball. How on brand!

It's a boy! And more important, no one got hurt! Hooray!
The next question, of course, is if the couple goes with another Masters-themed name after naming their first baby Azalea. Taking a look at the rest of th..
Here are all the classic (and not-so-classic) sports movies you can watch on Disney Plus
20th Century Fox via APIf you've watched ESPN any time in the past two months, you've no doubt seen the athletic jewel in Disney's media monopoly shilling something called Disney Plus—a catch-all streaming service for everything Disney ever, which is like 72% of all visual media ever made. Even Stephen A. got in on the act, dollar signs cha-chinging in his eyes like ol' Scrooge McDuck …

Corporate-mandated hyperbole aside, however, Disney Plus —which drops November 12th—is perhaps the single biggest streaming event in the relatively short history of such things. The prime advertising thrust behind the new platform has been The Mandalorian, a serialized Star Wars epic that reportedly costs about $15 million per episode to produce. But beneath that shiny, int..
A playoff under the lights, a walk-off hole-out, a “Tin Cup” DQ, and the coldest company golf outing on record
Welcome to another edition of The Grind where we have never been prouder to work at Golf Digest following Friday’s Seitz Cup, AKA the coldest company golf outing on record. On a day when the temperature didn’t get above 35 degrees (with 15-mph-plus winds), there were no WDs from the 36-person field. In fact, a 37th, Christian Iooss who is still recovering from a broken leg, showed up at Rock Ridge Country Club just to document the event. Talk about guts. In fact, I’m pretty sure there are more photos from this year’s Seitz Cup than the 2017 Presidents Cup. Here are a couple:
FacebookPinterestAnd here’s a photo of the SEVEN-layer getup I wore to survive the elements. Eight if you count hitting the bar early for something to warm my belly.
FacebookPinterestI sacrificed distance for avoiding hypothermia. Good trade. Forget the scoreboard, everyone was a winner for showing up. Kidding! Only members of the Old Team really won. Let’s have a look at that scoreboard:

This drive Nelson Cruz smashed at Topgolf still hasn’t landed
More often than not, when professional athletes post videos of their trips to Topgolf, it goes rather poorly. The swings are usually tough to watch, and even when they are “not that bad” they are still pretty bad. Of course, there are exceptions, like the golf swing of Patrick Mahomes, who, not surprisingly, is good at everything he does.
The latest exception is the golf swing of Minnesota Twins slugger Nelson Cruz, who is known for hitting towering moonshots on the baseball diamond. Apparently, he also hits BOMBS like Phil Mickelson with a driver in his hands. Check out this dinger that Cruz posted to his Instagram story:

Sheesh, has that thing landed yet? You have to wonder if the balls at Topgolf are juiced. Just saying.
We kid, we kid. That was really impressive from Cruz, whose left heel lift in the backswing had have Brandel Chamblee grinning from ear to ear:
