MLB sends memo about use of sexual-enhancement pills, which are apparently BIG amongst players

In not so shocking news, the MLB had to send out a memo warning players about PED use. The shocking part, however, is that the PEDs the memo referred to were not for hitting home runs, but for rounding third and heading home in the bedroom. Ayeeeeeee O!

That's right, according to a report from ESPN MLB writer Jeff Passan, the memo Major League Baseball sent to players was about the use of sexual-enhancement pills, which is apparently very prevalent amongst players. So much so that at least two players were suspended for PEDs this season, and the banned substances found in their urine came from over-the-counter sexual-enhancement pills, which players are often purchasing in gas stations according to Passan's sources. What the?
“Sexual or male enhancement products present a very real risk for drug-tested players,” the memo said, “and the high likelihood for contamination or unidentified ing..

Rory McIlroy quotes J. Cole lyrics, remains golf’s most entertaining press conference

Rory McIlroy's candid and introspective press conferences have become nearly as entertaining as his world-class golf. But during his Wednesday meeting with the media ahead of this week's Tour Championship, McIlroy made an analogy no one saw coming: Using a J. Cole song to put in perspective the big money on the line at the FedEx Cup finale.

Unfortunately, McIlroy didn't start spitting rhymes from the rap song, but he used it to make a great—and sweet—point about money not being the most important thing in life and that the focus should be on sharing your riches with those you love. What a wise 30-year-old, huh? Have a look and listen:

Awww, what a guy. All about spreading the wealth. You love to see it. And again, there is a LOT of wealth on the line at East Lake this week, where the winner will take home a cool $15 MILLION from a $60 MIL..

This hot dog vendor is the most important member of the Texas Rangers organization right now

Hot dogs and baseball. It does not get more American. Of all the great combos in history—Shaq and Kobe, peanut butter and jelly, lamb and tuna fish—hot dogs and baseball might be right damn near the top. At MLB stadiums, those things pretty much sell themselves.
But that hasn't stopped one hot dog vendor from selling the ever-living crap out of them at Globe Life Park in Arlington, home of the Texas Rangers. In a pair of now viral videos, the vendor can be seen, well, heard, giving his A+ sales pitch, and it is electric. Here's the first video from Monday at one of the Rangers' two games against the Angels:

The passion, the fire, the emotion. And part two, which came from Tuesday night in Texas. Back with a VENGEANCE:

Aaron Judge hit a homer to left field for the first time this year. Wait, what?

The New York Yankees have been an offensive juggernaut this season, scoring an MLB-leading 749 runs and hitting 229 homers, second only to the Minnesota Twins. It's led to 83 wins to date, tied for most in the league, a remarkable feat given how atrocious their starting rotation has been. But the most impressive part of all is that they've done it with absolutely zero help from Giancarlo Stanton, and not nearly enough help from Aaron Judge.

But “not nearly enough help” by Aaron Judge standards is still pretty dang good. Despite multiple injuries, the 27-year-old slugger has still appeared in 70 games, hit 13 homers and collected 34 RBIs. It's scary to think what some of the Yankee batting totals would look like if he and Stanton were at their peak, but the club is still doing just fine anyway.
On Tuesday night, they had a rare loss, though it wasn't all too surprising given tha..

If you thought James Harden was unstoppable, wait until you see his ridiculous new move

Perhaps no NBA star has ever expanded his bag of offensive tricks like James Harden. Despite being the league's most lethal scorer, the Houston Rockets lefty continues to add new moves to his arsenal at a faster clip than Kevin Hart makes movies. His latest might be his most ridiculous—and most unguardable.

The Rockets traded for Russell Westbrook in the off-season, but who needs him when you have someone you can do that? Seriously, if Harden has mastered this absurd move, he might average 50 points per game next season.

And the best part? Unlike some of The Beard's previous concoctions, this one isn't a travel. Not that that matters in the NBA where traveling violations are called almost as infrequently as slow-play penalties are doled out on the PGA Tou..

Phil Mickelson shows off slimmed-down beach bod, continues most surprising fitness transformation in sports history

No one could have anticipated Phil Mickelson's calves being one of the biggest storylines of the golf season, but here we are. Lefty is a lower leg god, doling out fitness advice and harshly judging fellow tour pros who flex for his approval. But Mickelson has been busy transforming the rest of his body as well.

Ahead of the Open Championship in July, the 49-year-old talked about a “hard reset” fast that had helped him shed 15 pounds in just 10 days. Unfortunately for Phil, the lower weight didn't lead to lower scores and his PGA Tour season ended at last week's BMW Championship. Instead of teeing it up at East Lake this week, the five-time major champ is catching some sand and waves—and showing off his new beach bod. Here's the photo his sister shared on Tuesday:
