This is it, this is the biggest scumbag move in hockey history

Remember the goalie who snapped his opponent's stick in half in arguably the biggest scumbag move in hockey history? It took all of a week for him to be dethroned from his King Scumbag chair. As the great Vince Lombardi once said, “WHAT THE HELL'S GOIN' ON OUT HERE!!”
At least the stick snap happened in what appeared to be a beer league game, which doesn't excuse the behavior. But you expect stupid moves like that from beer league heroes, not pro hockey players. That was not the case with this move that occurred in a French League game between Bordeaux and Amiens earlier this week. The culprit is Amiens defenseman Holden Anderson, who got into a scuffle with Bordeaux forward Julien Desrosiers. Watch as Anderson kicks Desrosiers legs from under him and slams his face into the ice:

As scummy as it gets. No one would have blamed that goalie from taking Anderson's head off if he had to. Making it 10 times ..

Mic’d-up Mookie Betts works on short game, gives up run in Spring Training joyride

Yankee stans may beg to differ, but there's no such thing as too much Mookie Betts. The Red Sox right fielder is one of the best all-round players in baseball, a 300-bowler, and a genuinely fun guy, and on Thursday afternoon he added yet another star to his General Dude credentials, revealing, live on the Worldwide Leader, that he's also a dyed-in-the-wool golf nut. Needless to say, if working on your chipping in the middle of a Spring Training game and subsequently giving up a run is wrong, then we don't want to be right.

Now, assuming you haven't fried your brain on CBD oil and trying to remember whose cousin is who on Game of Thrones in the last 12 months, you'll remember that Betts had a similarly hilarious mic'd-up moment during Spring Training last year. This year, however, he's stepped his game up by bringing a little greenside grind into the mix, and with his weight on the front foot, c..

Ian Poulter hits (another) shank, lets out loudest FORE right in FORE right history

Ian Poulter is no stranger to the shank, building a shank resume that rivals Webb Simpson's (sorry, Webb). He's hit them on some of biggest stages, including while in contention at the 2015 Honda Classic and the 2017 Players Championship. And who could forget when he hit one in front of the most unforgiving crowd of all at the 2018 Waste Management Phoenix Open. What's most impressive about the shanks is how Poulter has bounced back from them, which, as any weekend shanker knows, is a seemingly impossible task.
On Thursday at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, Poulter did it again, hitting an all-time shank at the par-4 eighth hole at Bay Hill Club & Lodge. But this wasn't just any shank, this one had literally everything. It had shot-tracer, the “show us your wingspan” two-armed look to the heavens and what is easily the loudest “FORE RIGHT” yell in the history of “FORE RIGHT” yells. Make sure your volume isn't too high on this one:

Rory McIlroy channels Arnold Palmer at Bay Hill with everything but the cigarette

As the golf world descends on Bay Hill this week, its eye turns to a man it never strays far from, no matter the occasion: Arnold Palmer, beverage mixing magnate and the one-man Lewis & Clark of modern golf. But while the tributes have spread far and wide this week, no one nailed it quite like Rory McIlroy who, fresh off comparing himself to Abraham Lincoln on Wednesday, showed up to the Arnie Invitational on Thursday dressed just like The King (and we don't mean Elvis). Needless to say, this sure beats a top hat and tassels.

The only thing missing from Rory's ensemble are a set of persimmons and, of course, a Marlboro dangling from his lips. Smoking is impossibly bad for you and if you don't do it, you should never, ever start (happy, mom?), but hell if Arnie didn't make it looks as cool as the other side of Marlon Brando's pil..

This James Harden impersonator sneaker-squeaking his way around Target is a barrel of laughs

A prank video that includes an impression of a famous person. That sentence right there is the stuff of my internet nightmares. Your pranks stink. We all know they are staged and awful. Your impressions? Only a select few can truly do them right (see here and here for examples). Combine a prank AND and impression? I am OUT.
RELATED: NBA wastes no time weighs in on James Harden's new “controversial” move
Except in the case of the guy who impersonated James Harden inside of a Target, producing one of the funnier videos you'll ever see. Watch as this guy sneaker-squeaks his way through the aisles, scaring the ever-living crap out of a few folks. Oh, and wait until the end for the party-pooper of the century:

The Players Championship now has new theme music to go with its new trophy

The Players Championship has undergone a rebranding a sorts with its move back to March, in hopes to add some gravitas to the PGA Tour's flagship event. Last month the tournament announced it was eschewing the crystal normally awarded to the victor favor of a 24k gold statue. And now, it seems, TPC Sawgrass will be introduced with a new theme song.
Yes, it's own theme song.
For those of you scoring at home, the Players' previous ballad was a movie score mutation of “Jim Brings in the Brumbies” from the 1982 film “Man From Snowy River.” (As if you needed a reminder.) But on Wednesday, the tournament's Twitter account signaled Jim was subbed for this jingle that fans can expect to hear next week:

Save for the earnestness in the video's intro—its lacks of self-awareness almost conveys the air of a parody—the actual tune ain't too shabby. Granted, it's no “Roundball Rock,” but what is?
Introdu..
