Don’t ask Brooks Koepka if he loves golf unless you want him to stare through your soul
Ben JaredJERSEY CITY, N.J. — Brooks Koepka's love-hate relationship with the sport he's currently dominating has been well-documented. In 2015, he told Golf Digest that if he could do it all over again, he would have rather played baseball. Two years later, he began a ridiculous tear that saw him win four of eight majors. Looks like he chose the right profession.

Numerous times since that 2015 interview, Koepka has been quoted as saying that golf is “boring” to him. During his pre-tournament press conference at the Open Championship, Koepka said that he only practices for the majors and not regular tour events, adding “if you've seen me on TV [at a regular PGA Tour event], that's when I play golf.” Unlike the rest of us, Koepka's not the type who furiously looks for tee times at his local muni seven days in advance.
While I believe him, I've also found Koepka's “golf is boring” act to be a bit..

Bryson DeChambeau and Phil Mickelson would like you to know you can’t sit at their table
It's always a special moment when Obi Wan Lefty and his young padawan Bryson DeChambeau are in the same room together. Whether it be a cocktail party, science fair, Nobel Prize Ceremony, or merely an evening at the opera, The Brains, as Phil Mickelson and DeChambeau will henceforth be known, always put on a good show. Last year in preparation for the Ryder Cup, they showed off their tantalizing eyebrow game, wooing French femmes from Normandy to Nice…

After resisting the romantic advances of practically all of continental Europe, The Brains then went their separate ways, Phil to Vegas for a duel with his old nemesis and Bryson to the Middle East, where the desert air density turned him into the hottest golfer on the planet. A summer to forget soon followed, however, and we began to wonder if we would ever see the dynamic duo together again. Thankfully on the eve of the FedEx Cup Playoffs—with the Presidents Cup looming..
Baltimore Orioles’ DJ Stewart can’t catch fly ball and it only gets worse from there
Greg FiumeThere’s this idea that a bird pooping on your head is good luck.
Picture this: You’re walking home, perhaps from a food market or an exhilarating workout at your local gym, feeling good about life, and then out of nowhere an animal flying high above you uses the top of your head as a dumping ground. This has happened to me three times, and not once did I feel “lucky” or “joyful” or “delighted.” I felt like I had feces in my hair, and I wasn’t thrilled about it. You try to pretend that others don’t see, but they do. And if they don’t see it, they smell it. It’s embarrassing.
This brings us to the Baltimore Orioles.
There’s no better video to encapsulate Baltimore’s woeful season than what happened to outfielder DJ Stewart while trying to catch a fly ball in the fourth inning of Tuesday’s 9-4 loss to the New York Yankees.
