Alex Bregman showed up to Spring Training with a farmer’s tan most golfers dream about

February, as a sports month, gets a lot of hate. When in reality it has a lot going for it with the Super Bowl, NBA All-Star weekend, huge conference matchups in college basketball, Tiger at Riviera (!) and perhaps the most underrated aspect of all: Spring Training. The mere whiff of baseball returning is always a nice jolt to the system, especially on a day where it's blizzard-ing in the Northeast, perfect timing considering I just stated a few days ago that “man, we have really had a mild winter.” I can mush anything.
But even with this surprise snowstorm I have been reinvigorated upon seeing Alex Bregman arrive in West Palm Beach for Houston Astros Spring Training. Why is this, you ask? Because Bregman is rocking a farmer's tan that most golfers dream about. Shield your eyes because Bregman's biceps are BLINDING:

It's, it's so beautiful. Bregman must have either been playing a ton of golf during the off-s..

Little League is still a few months away, so here’s a parent brawl at a wrestling match to tide you over

In the proud Pantheon of Asshole Parents Brawling at Their Kids' Games (working title), Little League stands alone. It trumps UFC as the greatest parent fighting league on earth for people who shouldn't be parents. It makes hockey dads look debonair and Pop Warner pops polite. The only problem? Well, it ain't Little League season yet. Lucky for you and your blood lust, however, this week video surfaced of some Wisconsin wrestling parents going toe-to-toe and it more than sates our unsatable appetite for destruction. Let's get nuts, shall we?
Hoo boy, nothing gets the endorphins flowing like some white trash WWE, amirite? To be totally honest, though, we're only laughing to keep from crying, because this is some seriously sad stuff. Just look at this kid's face when he gets up from the mat and sees his mom pulling out another mom's hair with her glue-on nails. This one grainy screengrab fills me with so much rage that I almost understand what it's..

Marc Gasol awkwardly watching his new team’s pregame ritual is the moment of the NBA season

Richard Lautens(Richard Lautens/Toronto Star via Getty Images)It's tough being the new guy. You're afraid to ask questions to things that are second nature to your colleagues, people generally treat you like an animal at the zoo—they're curious but keep their distance—and you out of the loop on inside jokes. Also, do you call someone by their work-appointed nickname, even if you weren't there when the nickname was originated? And when an old co-worker is brought up, are you required to remain in the conversation and just politely nod, or are you allowed to walk away? These are the matters the Supreme Court need to rule on.
To all those swimming in this sea of office awkwardness, know you have an NBA spirit in the trenches with you.
After spending almost 11 years in Memphis, three-time All-Star Marc Gasol was traded to the Toronto Raptors this month, the team hoping the former Defensive Player of the Year is the final cog to a championship contender. The move has pai..

This blatant, uncalled Bradley Beal travel makes all of James Harden’s travels look innocent

Move over James Harden. Take a seat Kawhi Leonard. There is a new traveling king of the NBA, and his name is Bradley Beal.
Now, to be fair to Beal, he doesn't have a history of happy feet, though we're sure he's gotten away with plenty of walks just like every NBA star ever has. But there is not much damning video evidence of him traveling on YouTube as there is for a Harden, Leonard or Russell Westbrook. That being said, this travel is getting in the Traveling Hall of Fame on the first ballot. The key to all of the historically great travels of course, is that they go uncalled. Enjoy:

We counted five total steps after Beal gathers the ball, which makes Harden's four-step strolls look innocent by comparison. Another thing you have to love with all these obvious walks is the entire opposing bench screaming for a call, not to mention the entire arena, whether it's their player or an opposing player, aud..
