Apparently Michelle Wie is dating the son of NBA legend Jerry West

This has been a busy week in golf dating news for those paying attention, and don't worry, we have been. First came the revelation that LPGA star Danielle Kang was seeing up-and-coming pro Maverick McNealy. Now comes Michelle Wie subtly acknowledging on Instagram that she is dating Jonnie West, an executive in the Golden State Warriors’ front office and the son of “The Logo” himself, NBA legend Jerry West.

Like McNealy, the son of billionaire Sun Microsystems founder Scott McNealy, Jonnie West, 29, has managed to carve out an impressive career apart from his famous father. As the Warriors’ director of basketball operations, he made a steady rise through the organization and has aspirations of being an NBA GM. And his golf connection runs deeper than just a major champion girlfriend. A frequent golf partner of Warriors’ star Stephen Curry, West even subbed in as Curry’s caddie when Curry played in the Web.com’s Ellie Mae Classic last August. He is a member ..

Middle school teacher does insane classroom dunk over student, is the coolest teacher ever

A couple months ago, we did a post about Jonathan Clark, the middle school science teacher who put on an incredible dunking display during halftime of a Lakers game. The self-described “pro dunker” has competed in various contests through the years, but apparently, Mr. Clark also dunks when he's being, well, Mr. Clark.
RELATED: This middle school teacher might be the world's best dunker
Check out this cool footage of Clark thrilling his students with a spectacular classroom dunk on a Nerf hoop:

Imagine having this guy teaching you about the periodic table of elements one minute then doing this to end the period? Mr. Clark is officially the coolest teacher ever. In fact, I was so caught up in Clark's between-the-legs move the first time I saw it that I didn't even notice the student standing underneath the basket. Holy hops! And holy potential lawsuit. (I also didn't notice all of Clark's jerseys han..

Fan tries to narc on Ian Poulter putting with flagstick in, predictably gets mocked by Poulter and others

Golf media outlets, including us, have harped on the new rule allowing golfers to putt with the flagstick in nearly non-stop since the New Year. First, there was the Bryson DeChambeau craze, then a European Tour pro test, and all along everyone from Tiger Woods to your weekend playing partners have been asked what their flagstick strategy will be. I thought we'd beaten the coverage to death, but apparently, at least one golf fan still wasn't aware of any such rule existing.
While watching the European Tour's Dubai Desert Classic, this out-of-the-loop viewer named Rob (possibly) tried to narc on Ian James Poulter for putting with the pin in. Whoops.

And the responses, including from Poulter, were what you'd expect:

Rajon Rondo remains the greatest free-throw troller on the planet

Throughout his career, Rajon Rondo has always had the reputation that he'll do whatever it takes to win, and we're talking literally anything. Some of what he does can be perceived as punk-ish, and some of it could be called “fiery.” Whichever you believe, there is no denying you'd love to have him on your team, at least for like year or two before he wears out his welcome.
Some of his best antics come when he or the other team is at the free throw line. The L.A. Lakers point guard will try every trick in the book to get in the shooter's head, and his favorite move is attempting to sneak in a high five on them like he's their teammate. There are YouTube compilation videos of Rondo doing exactly this:
That video also omits Rondo's greatest move of all, wiping the sweat from his forehead on the ball before Draymond Green got it back for his second free throw in last year's playoffs:
