Kevin Durant was NOT happy Draymond Green didn’t pass him the damn ball for the last shot

Much of the talk prior to and during the early portion of the NBA season has revolved around the fact that this whole damn thing is probably just a waste of time. As great as the league is and as fun as all its stars are to watch, there is zero chance another team beats the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference playoffs or the Finals. UNLESS … that is … they beat themselves. DUN DUN DUNNNNN.

Okay, so maybe not even that will stop them, but Monday night's heated exchange between Draymond Green and Kevin Durant had to at least have NBA fans wondering if there is “trouble in paradise,” so to speak. The situation? Tied at 106-106 with the LA Clippers, Clippers guard Lou Williams chucked up a vintage Lou Williams fadeaway with seven seconds to go in the game, missing badly off the front of the iron. The rebound appeared like it was going to easily fall into the..

Chicago restaurant unveils ‘Elf’-inspired syrup and spaghetti dish just in time for Barfmas

Contrary to your mother's vigilantly held convictions, there is such thing as too much holiday spirit. Putting your Christmas lights up before Halloween is one sign, as is leaving them out year round. You should never, ever dangle ornaments from your beard and also remember to check the adult egg nog intake from time to time. Most importantly, however, if you happen into Chicago restaurant Miss Ricky's anytime between now and Christmas, you should not, under any circumstances, order their new Elf-inspired dessert, no matter how much your inner Buddy might want to.
FacebookPinterestInspired by the 15th anniversary of the now-classic holiday yarn starring Will Ferrell as a man-elf wandering the streets of New York City in search of his father's approval (welcome to the party, pal), the special holiday dessert features marshmallows, Pop Tarts, M&Ms, Oreos, Fruity Pebbles, coconut, chocolate sauce, strawberry sauce, raspberry sauce, and syrup, all laid on a bed of spaghetti…

Brook Lopez morphing into Stephen Curry is the delightful surprise of the NBA season

The Milwaukee Bucks have emerged as legit NBA title Eastern Conference title contenders thanks in large part to MVP candidate Giannis Antetokounmpo. But in addition to the Greek Freak, the Geek Freak has emerged as the league's most unlikely lethal long-range shooter.
RELATED: This NBA rookie is already one of the league's best dunkers
We're talking about Brook Lopez, the Stanford product who has picked up that nickname following a recent three-point barrage that's nothing short of stunning. After a solid decade-long career in the NBA, Lopez has basically morphed into a 7-foot-tall version of Stephen Curry. Don't believe it? Check out these highlights from Sunday night's win against Denver that improved the Bucks to an impressive 10-3 on the young season:

Caddie tells tour pro to “Stop being crazy!” in 2018’s best on-course conversation

Caddies were in the news a lot this past week from Matt Kuchar using a local looper to pick up his first PGA Tour title in four-and-a-half years to Kuchar's wife, Sybi, carrying Zach Johnson's bag for a few (successful) holes during an emergency in Mexico. But the most memorable caddie-player moment came in a somewhat heated exchange in South Africa.

In this incredible clip involving three-time European Tour winner Ashun Wu and his bag man, James Nelson, Wu wants to go for a risky shot, but Nelson will have none of it. The caddie pleads begs instructs (“Stop being crazy!”) his player to pitch back to the fairway until Wu finally listens — and laughs along with fans listening in. Check it out:

Score one for caddies everywhere. Wu wound up finishing T-16 and taking home 84,122 Euros. Well, minus whatever Nelson (rightfully) demanded to be paid.

Zion Williamson is your new president and supreme commander

Icon SportswireOn Sunday, a very lackadaisical Duke team decided they didn't need to play defense to beat the Army Black Knights, and while that turned out be correct—the Blue Devils scored 94 points and won by 22—it made for a less inspiring spectacle than the merciless 34-point beatdown of no. 2. Kentucky on Election Night. The biggest media-wisdom takeaway seemed to be that Duke wasn't the swaggering juggernaut of popular imagination, and that the Devils would definitely not go undefeated. I'm not so sure. If you come out flat and still score 94 points with ease—(Jeff Foxworthy voice)—you might BE…a team that doesn't actually need defense.
In any case, my focus was less on Duke than on its absurd freshman star, Zion Williamson. I gushed on Twitter that he was the greatest thing to ever happen to Duke basketball, and I'm not ashamed to say that when I read this even-more-over-the-top reply, I immediately nodded my head in agreement:
