Trophies are the most tangible sign of success for professional golfers. So what do they do with all the hardware they win?
Brandel Chamblee gets surprising, emphatic Tiger Woods message with his Starbucks order
Brandel Chamblee correctly maintains he's said a lot more positive than negative concerning Tiger Woods during his career as a Golf Channel analyst. But fair or not, he's also aware of the “Tiger hater” label that follows him around. Apparently, even when he goes to Starbucks.
PODCAST: Brandel Chamblee on Tiger Woods & coming out of retirement as a player
On Thursday, whoever served Chamblee his morning cafe latte (I have no clue if that's what Chamblee drinks, but it was an excuse to watch these Seinfeld clips clearly recognized the TV personality and got clever. Instead of writing misspelling Brandel's name on the cup, he/she wrote a message. “TIGER ALL THE WAY” with an underline for emphasis. Check it out:

Kudos to Chamblee for taking it in stride — and for grinding over stats a week ahead of the Tour Championship. But we're scoring this round for the barista.

Gilbert Arenas put up $100,000 in cash for a contest, then made 95(!) out of 100 shots
It's good to see Gilbert Arenas still has the swagger that made him one of the NBA's most entertaining players in his prime. It's also good to see he's still alive.
Arenas, as you might remember, was suspended for most of the 2009-10 NBA season after bringing guns into the locker room and getting into a heated exchange with teammate Javaris Crittenton over gambling debts. By the way, Crittenton is currently serving 23 years in prison after pleading guilty to manslaughter in 2015, so yeah, he was not someone to be trifled with.

In any event, on a much (much) lighter note, Arenas has recently engaged in some friendlier trash-talk with Golden State guard and current NBA class clown Nick Young. Arenas, 36, who hasn't played in the NBA since 2012 challenged Young to a shooting contest (To be clear, when we say “shooting” we're talking about basketball), and he showed up the other ..

Phil Mickelson’s Ryder Cup prep includes long-range sniper shooting. Europe might as well forfeit now
If you read enough about Phil Mickelson, you’ll quickly learn his preparation techniques are a bit unorthodox. The man will try just about anything if it gives him an edge, as long as he can explain how it will afterwards. Apparently, that includes long-range sniper shooting.

Mickelson’s new, often hilarious, sometimes cringe-y Twitter account had been a bit quiet of late, besides his loud and proud Uncle Sam-esque tweet about earning a captain’s pick. That changed Wednesday night when Mickelson sent his second video post, the first being an equally-dangerous karate kick over NCIS: Los Angeles star Chris O'Donnell. Here's the clip, in which Mickelson takes aim in the name of Ryder Cup prep. Allow him to explain:

World’s largest indoor ski resort to turn Shanghai into a snow-bro paradise
Here in North America, we're pretty spoiled on the whole ski resort front. No matter where you live, you can be at a top-10 mountain in six hours, carving first tracks and slamming hot toddies like slamming hot toddies is what you get paid to do. In other parts of the world, however, winter is a luxury, and that's where massive artificial mountain malls like Wintastar Shanghai—the new largest indoor ski resort on earth—come into play.
Announced on Tuesday by Dubai shred n' shop conglomerate Majid Al Futtaim—who also built one of these suckers on the Arabian Peninsula, in case you're wondering about the most expensive air conditioning bill on earth—Wintastar Shanghai is a 90-000-square foot skitropolis set down in the heart of China's largest city, featuring a gondola and three slopes of varying difficulty abutting a tropical oasis perched on top of a giant shopping center. In total, the complex, which broke ground on August 30th, will include 25 non-skiing attr..
